Amanda Thatcher, Margaret’s granddaughter, the descendant of conservative royalty, evangelical Christian, and Texas-bred, delivered a reading from Ephesians with a poise reminiscent of the elder Thatcher. Amanda lives with her mother in Texas. She chose verses from Ephesians chapter 6, “put on the whole armour of God.” She read with such remarkable grace that she was suddenly thrust into the international spotlight.  Watch and listen!
